Ronald T. Cheung was admitted to the Bars of Colorado in 1993 and New York & Connecticut in 1997, to the United States District Court of Colorado in 1994 and to the United States District Court for the Eastern & Southern District of New York in 1999. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree (Accounting) from University of Connecticut in 1989 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Quinnipiac Law School in 1993. Mr. Cheung is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyer's Association. Mr. Cheung was a prosecutor for the City of Northglenn, in Adams County, Colorado. Mr. Cheung's major areas of practice are real estate transactions, bank mortgage loan closings and civil litigation involving commercial and landlord tenant matters. Mr. Cheung is fluent in Chinese.

David J. Lee was admitted to the New York State bar in 1994 and to the United State Eastern and Southern District Courts in 2000. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac School of Law in 1993. Mr. Lee is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyer's Association. Mr. Lee has practiced law in fields ranging from immigration law to trademark law and is currently focused on matters related to real estate transactions, bank mortgage loan transactions, and civil litigation. Mr. Lee is fluent in Chinese.
